The 14 units - five one-bedrooms and nine two-bedrooms - are now for sale. For those seeking a more exclusive living space, one duplex and three penthouses are also available.
You'll feel grateful to arrive at your urban oasis, where it's quiet, despite the bustling streets of Jersey City's Historic Downtown below.

Philanthropy
Franklin, along with Amy DeAngelo, another Halliburton Homes Sales Partner, were the coordinators of this charity drive. DeAngelo shares Franklin's sentiments of the importance of the charity drive and its impact on the community. "Working with the homeless and helping those in need in our very own community is such a great feeling, especially during this time of giving thanks," said DeAngelo.
On Sunday, October 24th, 2010, from 10 AM to 4 PM, Halliburton agents joined other participants on a self-guided tour of beautiful properties, from Victorian brownstones to contemporary condos. Proceeds from the tour fee and advertisers benefited the Hoboken Historical Society.

Halliburton Homes agent John Bredin attended the Hoboken House Tour. He liked it so much that he wrote an article about it for The Midweek Reporter.
Though I've yet to master the technical jargon of my new field, and terms such as 'square-footage' and 'granite top counters' don't roll off my tongue as smoothly as they do a more experienced agent's, I did pay attention to the titles of books people had on their shelves. Tempering my fears about the philistine 'Hoboken Yuppie,' I was thrilled to discover (on my very first bookshelf glance of the tour) Thoreau's Walden. Since Thoreau was a nature love (and so am I), this reinforced my sense of wonder at the paradisiacal green 'urban oasis' backyards that day."

John was also recently published on JerseyCity.com. His article, titled "The Flats at 327: Architectural Wonder Galvanizes Emerging Vibrant Neighborhood", describes The Flats at 327.
His listing was featured in a Wall Street Journal article about the re-invention of Jersey City. Sushil Cheema writes, "...Jersey City is increasingly a popular destination for those who want to be close to New York City without being immersed in its bustle."

Kevin says, "After many years working as a realtor, I've never met anyone who doesn't like a slate roof. It's a sign of luxury and provides a unique look to the property that helps differentiate the home from the rest of the neighborhood, not to mention increases the resale value. The opportunity TruSlate offers to achieve this look at a reasonable cost is unheard of!"
