A leasing package will be prepared by one of our professionals to include:

• Rental Application includes potential tenants to provide references, employment status, income, and contact information from previous landlords.
• Our office will check a new tenant's credit providing a detailed account status, history, and previous addresses.
• Lease including your terms and conditions.
• All addendums including: Lead Paint Disclosure, Window Guard Notification, Carbon Monoxide Notification, and a W-9 form for the tenant’s security deposit.
